ABOUT ME

With over two decades of experience across a wide range of industries and on a global scale, I am an expert in Procurement who has helped businesses to develop their procurement strategies, roadmaps and implement software solutions, to achieve their latest objectives.

 

I have held many different roles including Global Process Owner, Senior Product Owner, Architect, Programme Management, Business Analyst, Consultant, Project Manager, Architect, Training & Development, Procurement Transformation roles and I have project experience across many areas including Transformation, Transition, Finance, P2P, Upgrades and Greenfield.

I have also worked with many highly recognized consultancies including Accenture, Ariba, IBM UK, KPMG, Xansa, Ernst & Young, Wipro Technologies, Deloitte, Capita Consulting, PwC & SAP UK / SAP Education.

​

I have subject matter expertise across the entire S2P cycle and built around a deep understanding of end to end business processes and I have implemented solutions ranging from global template design and roll-out to tactical projects to support business expansion and transformation. 

​

Currently, my main domain is to help customers transition into the digital core and cloud platforms and to make this move as straightforward as possible.  With my cross industry experience, I bring lots of lessons learned and my can-do attitude is an asset to ensure your procurement change over is successful.

Recently, I have worked at SGS as Global Process Owner and for EY as Programme Manager delivering  a Source to Pay transformation project for one of it's clients implementing SAP Ariba across 26 countries and now work for Lithium3 supporting customers through Procurement Improvements and building Strategic Roadmaps as part of the future digital transformation journey.

I have published a series of books on Procurement - How To Implement A Successful Procurement System: Implement A Procurement System With A Simple, 5 Step Process.  The book details insights from my experience on how to implement procurement processes and technology into the corporate world.

My second book - How To Successfully Transform Procurement into the Cloud, Procurement Made Easy with 5 Simple Steps to Success will soon be available to purchase from the shop section shortly (September 2019).
